Wonderful Neelum

service is also good with friendly staff, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, This place is smiply awesome, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Everything about this Sharda Highland Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Food too good, This hotel is best, Breakfast was amazing!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, In the Sharda Highland Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Everything about this Sharda Highland Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious.

Great for Summer

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The room was more clean and well appointed, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The employees were very friendly and efficient, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

Beautiful Place

The employees were very friendly and efficient, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Sharda Highland Hotel, Its a great way to spend some down time, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Food too good, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained.

Wonderful Stay

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, This hotel is best.

incredible food

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, This is a beautiful Sharda Highland Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Sharda Highland Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Sharda Highland Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Good experience at Sharda Highland Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Just got back from three nights at the Sharda Highland Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Had a great stay at this Sharda Highland Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.

Great for Spring

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The best host we had in Neelum, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum.
