Good Experience

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Sharda Highland Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Just got back from three nights at the Sharda Highland Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly.

Excellent Staff at Sharda Highland Hotel

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Good experience at Sharda Highland Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Everyone was so kind and helpful, We have been to Sharda Highland Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The hotel was extremely clean, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, My room was lovely and very spacious, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

You will not want to go back from here, This is a beautiful Sharda Highland Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Rooms are clean, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The food is varied and excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Sharda Highland Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, Breakfast was amazing!, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, This place is smiply awesome, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Location is perfect, The room was more clean and well appointed, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.
