Beautiful, still needs some improvement

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Sharda Highland Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

This place is smiply awesome, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Location is excellent, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The food is varied and excellent, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Nice place to stay for family

Rooms are awsome, Sharda Highland Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon.

Great for Summer

This Sharda Highland Hotel hotel is best, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , Food too good, really appreciated, Everything about this Sharda Highland Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum.

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, You will not want to go back from here, This is a beautiful Sharda Highland Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Had a lovely first time in Sharda Highland Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The room was more clean and well appointed.

I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Rooms are clean, Good experience at Sharda Highland Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good.
