My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Its a great way to spend some down time, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Breakfast was amazing!.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kaghan Valley, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Rooms are awsome, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The panoramic view of the Kaghan Valley , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kaghan Valley unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, I have been coming here for the past three years and Arcadian Sprucewoods Luxury Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site.

Breakfast was amazing!, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, In the Arcadian Sprucewoods Luxury Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. But it worth visitng hotel in Kaghan Valley ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.
