Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Sharda Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The room was more clean and well appointed, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, This hotel is best, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., We have been to Shangrila Sharda Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Rooms are awsome, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Shangrila Sharda Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2020, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The room was very clean and nice.

But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Shangrila Sharda Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.
