The best host in Neelum

Just got back from three nights at the Shangrila Sharda Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, A fantastic place to stay, In the Shangrila Sharda Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, really appreciated, You should only stay with Shangrila Sharda Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups.

vacation at its best

We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Good experience at Shangrila Sharda Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Had a great stay at this Shangrila Sharda Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, really appreciated, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

Excellent People

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, I stayed at the Shangrila Sharda Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The hotel is in a good location, Location is perfect, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, I will definitely stay here again! in Shangrila Sharda Resort inshallah.

desi Food

Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Sharda Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Shangrila Sharda Resort, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum.

Relaxed

Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Sharda Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Shangrila Sharda Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.
