Great for Winter

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Food too good, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Good experience at Shangrila Sharda Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed.

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Had a great stay at this Shangrila Sharda Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Everyone was so kind and helpful, was a nice place to take a break, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I had a GREAT nights sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, This is a perfect base to explore the area, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, You will not want to go back from here, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., You will not want to go back from here, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Shangrila Sharda Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The employees were very friendly and efficient, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, a true sample of excellent hospitality!.

All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, This has to be the best stay for me in Neelum, Rooms are clean, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Great location and on a quiet back road.
