Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Sharda Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.

All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, I will definitely stay here again! inshallah, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Shangrila Sharda Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The hotel was extremely clean, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, We have been to Shangrila Sharda Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience.

Location is excellent, Shangrila Sharda Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, This hotel is best.

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, This hotel is best, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Shangrila Sharda Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, thank you Shangrila Sharda Resort and Guestkor for help, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!.

If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Shangrila Sharda Resort is extremely close to many restaurants.

This is a perfect base to explore the area, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, I look forward to returning to the Shangrila Sharda Resort in Neelum soon! inshallah, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum.
