Nice place to stay for family

A fantastic place to stay, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, We stayed at Neelum Valley Hotel, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Its a great way to spend some down time, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

Relaxation

In the Neelum Valley Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, Neelum Valley Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Neelum Valley Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

I was very happy with my stay!

The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., I had a GREAT nights sleep, This was my first time at the Neelum Valley Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.

Good Hotel in Neelum

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The employees were very friendly and efficient, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Just got back from three nights at the Neelum Valley Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Breakfast was amazing!.

Wonderful Stay

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Mar 2020, I stayed at the Neelum Valley Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Neelum Valley Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , This place is smiply awesome, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Very peaceful

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, You should only stay with Neelum Valley Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., My room was lovely and very spacious, Breakfast was amazing!.
