Excellent Location

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, the atmosphere of Neelum Valley Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, My room was lovely and very spacious, Rooms are awsome, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied.

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Great Stay and Memorable one

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, really appreciated, My room was lovely and very spacious, The food is varied and excellent, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Had a great stay at this Neelum Valley Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, a true sample of excellent hospitality!.

Great for Winter

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Neelum Valley Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, service is also good with friendly staff.

Nice place to stay

The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Neelum Valley Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The food is varied and excellent, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

my fav Neelum Valley Hotel

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , I will definitely stay here again! in Neelum Valley Hotel inshallah, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel.
