Good Service Neelum Valley Hotel

The hotel was extremely clean, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, You will not want to go back from here, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Had a great stay at this Neelum Valley Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, This is a beautiful Neelum Valley Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.

Great Location

Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, was a nice place to take a break, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Neelum Valley Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, thank you Neelum Valley Hotel and Guestkor for help, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

As Expected

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Very clean and beautiful hotel, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Good experience at Neelum Valley Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.

The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Neelum Valley Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, This Neelum Valley Hotel hotel is best, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Neelum Valley Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Affordable

Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, thank you Neelum Valley Hotel and Guestkor for help, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Rooms are clean, A fantastic place to stay, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.

Zarbardast Stay

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The best host we had in Neelum, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Neelum Valley Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Rooms are awsome.
