Enjoyed alot

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, My room was always clean and all questions were answered.

You should only stay with Neelum Valley Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum.

The hotel was extremely clean, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, Food too good, Its a great way to spend some down time, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Had a great stay at this Neelum Valley Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.

I had a GREAT nights sleep, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers.

Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, The room was very clean and nice, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Neelum Valley Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Location is excellent, The employees were very friendly and efficient, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The hotel was extremely clean.

Rooms are awsome, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Neelum Valley Hotel, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Neelum Valley Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Location is excellent, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Neelum Valley Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, This is a perfect base to explore the area.
