Excellent and supportive staff

I have been coming here for the past three years and Neelum Valley Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2020, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, All are very professional and well spoken staff.

Nice place to stay

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, In the Neelum Valley Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.

Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The best host we had in Neelum, Everything about this Neelum Valley Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Rooms are awsome, We have stayed at this fantastic Neelum Valley Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The food is varied and excellent, This place is smiply awesome.

A wonderful Hotel in Neelum

The hotel was extremely clean, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Neelum Valley Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

Wonderful, as always

Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Great for Snow

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The hotel was extremely clean, This is a perfect base to explore the area.
