Great customer service experience

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, This was my first time at the Shangrilla Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kalam ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kalam, we stayed in Jul 2020.

Excellent People

We have stayed at this fantastic Shangrilla Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The room was very clean and nice, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Very clean and beautiful hotel, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, was a nice place to take a break.

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Kalam Shangrilla Hotel, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kalam, we stayed in Jun 2020, The panoramic view of the Kalam , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kalam unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Had a lovely first time in Shangrilla Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Looking for a reason to return to Kalam so I can experience this hotel again, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Amazing stay

We have stayed at this fantastic Shangrilla Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Had a lovely first time in Shangrilla Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , I look forward to returning to the Shangrilla Hotel in Kalam soon! inshallah, If you are adventurous you get out of Kalam quickly but why go to Kalam like everyone else, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

Staff is also very polite and food is good. The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Shangrilla Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Kalam, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Its a great way to spend some down time, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.
