Clean rooms, great food

Very clean and beautiful hotel, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, You should only stay with Shangrilla Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kalam, we stayed in Feb 2021, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The food is varied and excellent, Its a great way to spend some down time, Shangrilla Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, You will not want to go back from here, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.

Paradise!

The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, The employees were very friendly and efficient, This place is smiply awesome, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

Wonderful Exp

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Shangrilla Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Shangrilla Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, This hotel is best, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kalam ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kalam, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

Nice place to stay

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, I look forward to returning to the Shangrilla Hotel in Kalam soon! inshallah, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Shangrilla Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, I have been coming here for the past three years and Shangrilla Hotel never disappoints! I have been coming here for the past three years and Shangrilla Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, You will not want to go back from here, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Food too good, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kalam ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, This place is smiply awesome, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Nice Food

Shangrilla Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, really appreciated, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, My room was lovely and very spacious, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.
