The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , The food is varied and excellent, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel.

The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, You will not want to go back from here, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site.

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., The employees were very friendly and efficient, The hotel was extremely clean, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Just got back from three nights at the Pine Lark Lodges my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2021, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The best host we had in Neelum, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.
