I have been coming here for the past three years and Pine Lark Lodges never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

Great for Summer

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Dec 2020, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

Paradise!

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Pine Lark Lodges Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, This is a beautiful Pine Lark Lodges situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Food too good, The hotel was extremely clean, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Excellent Service at Pine Lark Lodges

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, We stayed at Pine Lark Lodges, Had a lovely first time in Pine Lark Lodges, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.
