Amazing stay

Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, really appreciated, I have been coming here for the past three years and Kutton Jagran Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Excellent Services

very good! Great breakfast and lunch, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, This was my first time at the Kutton Jagran Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

Hospitality at its best!

All are very professional and well spoken staff, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Jun 2020, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Everything about this Kutton Jagran Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Amazing location

All are very professional and well spoken staff, I stayed at the Kutton Jagran Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life.

Best Hotel Kutton Jagran Resort

A fantastic place to stay, I had a GREAT nights sleep, I stayed at the Kutton Jagran Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, We have stayed at this fantastic Kutton Jagran Resort many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Excellent Service at Kutton Jagran Resort

Everyone was so kind and helpful, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Kutton Jagran Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, We stayed at Kutton Jagran Resort, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food.
