Wonderful Food

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, We have been to Paradise Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2022, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Excellent Services

The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, We have been to Paradise Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The room was more clean and well appointed, Rooms are awsome.

Affordable

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum.

Just got back from three nights at the Paradise Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, the atmosphere of Paradise Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, We have stayed at this fantastic Paradise Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

Great customer service experience

Its a great way to spend some down time, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, In the Paradise Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Mar 2022, a true sample of excellent hospitality!.

Nice Staff Paradise Hotel

You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.
