Hospitality at its best!

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, In the Paradise Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, This hotel is best, A fantastic place to stay.

Great customer service experience

Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Paradise Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, Just got back from three nights at the Paradise Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, This hotel is best, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, I look forward to returning to the Paradise Hotel in Neelum soon! inshallah.

Neelum

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Amazing hotel

The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Paradise Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, The room was more clean and well appointed, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Zarbardast Stay

Everyone was so kind and helpful, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Paradise Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, We stayed at Paradise Hotel.

Paradise Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Its a great way to spend some down time, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.
