service is also good with friendly staff, Rooms are awsome, The hotel is in a good location, The employees were very friendly and efficient, I have been coming here for the past three years and The Lodge never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, I look forward to returning to the The Lodge in Neelum soon! inshallah, The room was very clean and nice, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in The Lodge Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.
