Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Breakfast was amazing!, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The hotel was extremely clean, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, We stayed at The Lodge, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.
