The Lodge / mid range hotel

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, You should only stay with The Lodge because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.

We stayed at The Lodge, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The hotel is in a good location, Its a great way to spend some down time, Breakfast was amazing!, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, I have been coming here for the past three years and The Lodge never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Dec 2021, We have been to The Lodge some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience.

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Food too good, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The room was very clean and nice, I will definitely stay here again! in The Lodge inshallah, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, was a nice place to take a break, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The Lodge is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum The Lodge, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, In the The Lodge you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive The Lodge Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The food is varied and excellent.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, really appreciated, service is also good with friendly staff, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.
