service is also good with friendly staff, This is a beautiful Keran Resort by Valley Trackers situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., A fantastic place to stay, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, This is a perfect base to explore the area.

Excellent Services

Had a lovely first time in Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , This was my first time at the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, I will try to stay there from now on, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Keran Resort by Valley Trackers Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The food is varied and excellent.

The room was more clean and well appointed, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, A fantastic place to stay, My room was lovely and very spacious, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, I look forward to returning to the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers in Neelum soon! inshallah, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, My room was always clean and all questions were answered.

I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in May 2020, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Rooms are awsome.

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Apr 2020, The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, This is a perfect base to explore the area, This was my first time at the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, I will try to stay there from now on.
