Amazing

Had a lovely first time in Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Food too good, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, I stayed at the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I look forward to returning to the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers in Neelum soon! inshallah, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, thank you Keran Resort by Valley Trackers and Guestkor for help, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

Great Stay and Memorable one

The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, This place is smiply awesome, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, really appreciated, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel.

Nice place to stay

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, The food is varied and excellent, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. A wonderful Hotel in Neelum

In the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Everything about this Keran Resort by Valley Trackers was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

The best host we had in Neelum, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Location is excellent, I look forward to returning to the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers in Neelum soon! inshallah, service is also good with friendly staff, Everyone was so kind and helpful, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.
