My favorite hotel for relaxation

Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, My room was lovely and very spacious, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, really appreciated, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Keran Resort by Valley Trackers. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Very peaceful

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Feb 2022, All are very professional and well spoken staff, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, service is also good with friendly staff, We stayed at Keran Resort by Valley Trackers.

Great place to stay!

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Rooms are clean, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Keran Resort by Valley Trackers Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, This place is smiply awesome.

Amazing staff

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Keran Resort by Valley Trackers good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Excellent Stay at Keran Resort by Valley Trackers

Everyone was so kind and helpful, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, This place is smiply awesome, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The employees were very friendly and efficient, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Keran Resort by Valley Trackers good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.
