Great place to stay!

The room was very clean and nice, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The hotel was extremely clean, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Had a great stay at this Keran Resort by Valley Trackers and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, All are very professional and well spoken staff, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.

This is a beautiful Keran Resort by Valley Trackers situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, In the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, You should only stay with Keran Resort by Valley Trackers because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The hotel was extremely clean, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.

best stay at Keran Resort by Valley Trackers

The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, I have been coming here for the past three years and Keran Resort by Valley Trackers never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The food is varied and excellent, Location is perfect, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, the atmosphere of Keran Resort by Valley Trackers is so special that it really felt like home to me.

A wonderful family outing

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Keran Resort by Valley Trackers is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Its a great way to spend some down time, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Had a lovely first time in Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Comfortable rooms, Location is perfect, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The employees were very friendly and efficient, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Sep 2021, This was my first time at the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers, I will try to stay there from now on, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The best host we had in Neelum.
