Clean rooms

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, I stayed at the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, This place is smiply awesome.

Nice Food

Very clean and beautiful hotel, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Dec 2020, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Keran Resort by Valley Trackers good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Just got back from three nights at the Keran Resort by Valley Trackers my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Very clean and beautiful hotel, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hotel is in a good location, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Sep 2020, The employees were very friendly and efficient, This is a perfect base to explore the area, You will not want to go back from here, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, service is also good with friendly staff.

A wonderful family outing

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The hotel is in a good location, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Good experience at Keran Resort by Valley Trackers. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, thank you Keran Resort by Valley Trackers and Guestkor for help.

Food

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Keran Resort by Valley Trackers is extremely close to many restaurants, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, A fantastic place to stay.

was a nice place to take a break, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom.
