Great customer service experience

Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Hotel Hill City & Restaurant is extremely close to many restaurants, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Hill City & Restaurant never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, the atmosphere of Hotel Hill City & Restaurant is so special that it really felt like home to me, Rooms are clean.

Great for Snow

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Hotel Hill City & Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, was a nice place to take a break, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Fizaghat, we stayed in May 2022, Location is perfect, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Hotel Hill City & Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.

This is a beautiful Hotel Hill City & Restaurant situated at Fizaghat, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel Hill City & Restaurant many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The panoramic view of the Fizaghat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Fizaghat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience..

The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Fizaghat, Rooms are awsome, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Fizaghat, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

In the Hotel Hill City & Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Hotel Hill City & Restaurant is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The food is varied and excellent, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel Hill City & Restaurant. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The employees were very friendly and efficient, No complaint at all!
