Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The room was very clean and nice, really appreciated, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Wonderful Location. Lovely hotel

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, the atmosphere of Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant is so special that it really felt like home to me.

Its a great way to spend some down time, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2022.

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The employees were very friendly and efficient, The hotel was extremely clean, Looking for a reason to return to Kaghan Valley so I can experience this hotel again, Everything about this Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, We had a GREAT nights sleep, The best host we had in Kaghan Valley, This is a perfect base to explore the area.

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, really appreciated, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, We stayed at Heaven Rose Hotel & Restaurant.
