Nice Staff as always

In the Cecil Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I look forward to returning to the Cecil Hotel in Kaghan Valley soon! inshallah, Everything about this Cecil Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Cecil Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

Looking for a reason to return to Kaghan Valley so I can experience this hotel again, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Excellent Service at Cecil Hotel

We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kaghan Valley, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Cecil Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, This place is smiply awesome.

Cecil Hotel

The employees were very friendly and efficient, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Cecil Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kaghan Valley, Cecil Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, Location is perfect, I have been coming here for the past three years and Cecil Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, This Cecil Hotel hotel is best.

Nice property

The employees were very friendly and efficient, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The rooms have a very high standard for this Kaghan Valley. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, We have stayed at this fantastic Cecil Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, My room was lovely and very spacious.

Good Choice Cecil Hotel

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, We had a GREAT nights sleep, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The room was more clean and well appointed, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The hotel is in a good location, We have been to Cecil Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience.

Great customer service experience

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kaghan Valley, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, If you are adventurous you get out of Kaghan Valley quickly but why go to Kaghan Valley like everyone else.
