Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The hotel is in a good location.

You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, thank you Grandeur Hotel and Guestkor for help, Very clean and beautiful hotel, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I will definitely stay here again! in Grandeur Hotel inshallah.

Amazing stay

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The food is varied and excellent, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

Excellent place to stay

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Grandeur Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

Its just amazing here, Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Grandeur Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Grandeur Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, The room was very clean and nice, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant.
