Beautiful Place

I have been coming here for the past three years and Grandeur Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.

Great customer service experience

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grandeur Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I have been coming here for the past three years and Grandeur Hotel never disappoints! The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The room was more clean and well appointed.

Great Food!

Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Grandeur Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Good experience at Grandeur Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, the atmosphere of Grandeur Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Wonderful Location. Nice place to stay for family

After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, thank you Grandeur Hotel and Guestkor for help, Had a lovely first time in Grandeur Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , This is a beautiful Grandeur Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site.

Excellent and supportive staff

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, really appreciated, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Grandeur Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning.

Grandeur Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The room was more clean and well appointed, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, A fantastic place to stay, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.

The hotel was extremely clean, We have stayed at this fantastic Grandeur Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.
