best for family Grandeur Hotel

The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Breakfast was amazing!, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

Breakfast was amazing!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, This place is smiply awesome.

Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

This Grandeur Hotel hotel is best, Grandeur Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grandeur Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The employees were very friendly and efficient, You should only stay with Grandeur Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups.

Wonderful Stay

We had a GREAT nights sleep, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Grandeur Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, All are very professional and well spoken staff, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grandeur Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., We have been to Grandeur Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience.

Loving Neelum

The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.
