As Expected

Rooms are clean, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, This is a beautiful Grandeur Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

Nice Place

You should only stay with Grandeur Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, a true sample of excellent hospitality!.

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Grandeur Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Breakfast was amazing!, In the Grandeur Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , A fantastic place to stay, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum.

really pleasant at Grandeur Hotel

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, This is a beautiful Grandeur Hotel situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The food is varied and excellent, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, We stayed at Grandeur Hotel, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, really appreciated, The employees were very friendly and efficient.

Amazing stay

Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The hotel was extremely clean, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Grandeur Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains..
