Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The hotel is in a good location.

Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I will definitely stay here again! in Grandeur Hotel inshallah.

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The food is varied and excellent, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.
