My room was always clean and all questions were answered, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I look forward to returning to the Hotel Mountain Track in Balakot soon! inshallah, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Location is excellent.

Its a great way to spend some down time, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Hotel Mountain Track good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, In the Hotel Mountain Track you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Good experience at Hotel Mountain Track. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Balakot , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The room was more clean and well appointed.
