Good location for family

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Everything about this Hotel Mountain Track was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel Mountain Track Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Rooms are awsome, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

Excellent Rooms at Hotel Mountain Track

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Balakot, we stayed in Jul 2020, The food is varied and excellent, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Mountain Track never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The room was more clean and well appointed, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.

Wonderful Food

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Hotel Mountain Track good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel Mountain Track many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, We stayed here one night on our way back to Balakot from visiting villages in Balakot , Location is excellent, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

The hotel was extremely clean, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, If you are adventurous you get out of Balakot quickly but why go to Balakot like everyone else, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel Mountain Track my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, A fantastic place to stay, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, You should only stay with Hotel Mountain Track because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The food prepared for our convention was very good. Excellent place to stay

A wonderful Hotel in Balakot

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, thank you Hotel Mountain Track and Guestkor for help, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Balakot ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The food is varied and excellent, service is also good with friendly staff, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Balakot, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly.
