The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Balakot, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The room was very clean and nice, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

Great customer service experience

Everything about this Fairyland Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Rooms are awsome, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, A fantastic place to stay, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

the atmosphere of Fairyland Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, We stayed at Fairyland Hotel, The best host we had in Balakot, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, I had a GREAT nights sleep, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Fairyland Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Location is perfect.

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Balakot, we stayed in Jan 2022, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Rooms are clean, Fairyland Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Had a lovely first time in Fairyland Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, This is a beautiful Fairyland Hotel situated at Balakot, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.
