Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Fairyland Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

Location is perfect, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Its a great way to spend some down time, The employees were very friendly and efficient, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, This has to be the best stay for me in Balakot.

The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, The hotel was extremely clean, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, My room was lovely and very spacious.

Wonderful Fairyland Hotel

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, This was my first time at the Fairyland Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, The hotel is in a good location, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Had a great stay at this Fairyland Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.

Amazing staff

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Balakot, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, really appreciated, Rooms are awsome, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I have been coming here for the past three years and Fairyland Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Food too good, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., This Fairyland Hotel hotel is best.

Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.
