Great customer service experience

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, We have stayed at this fantastic Madina Hotel 2 many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The hotel was extremely clean, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place.

Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Everything about this Madina Hotel 2 was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. Excellent Service at Madina Hotel 2

The hotel was extremely clean, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Gilgit City, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Gilgit City, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast was amazing!, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, I stayed at the Madina Hotel 2 because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Gilgit City ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Location is excellent.
