Excellent Location

Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Looking for a reason to return to Rawalakot so I can experience this hotel again, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Just got back from three nights at the New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Situated in the scenic splendour of Rawalakot, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

Happy to stay at New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, We had a GREAT nights sleep, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, I have been coming here for the past three years and New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, was a nice place to take a break.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Rawalakot, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Rawalakot, we stayed in Feb 2022, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, was a nice place to take a break, New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, If you are adventurous you get out of Rawalakot quickly but why go to Rawalakot like everyone else, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The room was more clean and well appointed.

The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The rooms have a very high standard for this Rawalakot. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Everything about this New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, This is a beautiful New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant situated at Rawalakot, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great.
