Excellent and supportive staff

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I stayed at the New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Its a great way to spend some down time, The rooms have a very high standard for this Rawalakot. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, If you are adventurous you get out of Rawalakot quickly but why go to Rawalakot like everyone else, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Wonderful Food

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The room was very clean and nice, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, You will not want to go back from here, service is also good with friendly staff, Location is excellent, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

My favorite hotel for relaxation

Food too good, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, was a nice place to take a break, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Everyone was so kind and helpful, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called New Poonch Valley Hotel & Restaurant, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Rawalakot, The hotel was extremely clean, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The hotel was extremely clean, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.
