A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I had a GREAT nights sleep, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.

Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Just got back from three nights at the Kumrat Continental Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Kumrat Continental Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Clean and cozy

The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , We have been to Kumrat Continental Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Easy check-in. Lovely hotel

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, This place is smiply awesome, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, I have been coming here for the past three years and Kumrat Continental Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Great customer service experience

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Rooms are awsome, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Food too good.

Amazing

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Kumrat Continental Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Breakfast was amazing!, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, This has to be the best stay for me in Neelum, thank you Kumrat Continental Hotel and Guestkor for help, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.
