Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Good experience at Kumrat Continental Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

Nice Hotel

I have been coming here for the past three years and Kumrat Continental Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , We have stayed at this fantastic Kumrat Continental Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, I stayed at the Kumrat Continental Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Kumrat Continental Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Jul 2020, really appreciated, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Very clean and beautiful hotel, You will not want to go back from here, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, I look forward to returning to the Kumrat Continental Hotel in Neelum soon! inshallah.

Good Hotel in Neelum

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The hotel was extremely clean, This place is smiply awesome, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Just got back from three nights at the Kumrat Continental Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.
