Nice Staff Waterfall Resort

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Nov 2021, In the Waterfall Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, was a nice place to take a break, If you are adventurous you get out of Kumrat quickly but why go to Kumrat like everyone else, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Breakfast was amazing!, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Kumrat. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Situated in the scenic splendour of Kumrat, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance.

I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kumrat, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kumrat, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, We have been to Waterfall Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kumrat from visiting villages in Kumrat , I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer.

Great for Snow

The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Just got back from three nights at the Waterfall Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The rooms have a very high standard for this Kumrat. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The best host we had in Kumrat, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kumrat.

Waterfall Resort Good for Family

Breakfast was amazing!, Location is excellent, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Waterfall Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The employees were very friendly and efficient, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Excellent Service at Waterfall Resort

I will definitely stay here again! in Waterfall Resort inshallah, We had a GREAT nights sleep, This has to be the best stay for me in Kumrat, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Food too good, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kumrat, we stayed in Sep 2021.

Lovely hotel

I stayed at the Waterfall Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kumrat ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Good experience at Waterfall Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Kumrat , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, the atmosphere of Waterfall Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Everything about this Waterfall Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.
