Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The hotel was extremely clean, Had a lovely first time in Waterfall Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, I have been coming here for the past three years and Waterfall Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Waterfall Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kumrat, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Breakfast was amazing!, Everything about this Waterfall Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.

The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, We have been to Waterfall Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, In the Waterfall Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kumrat from visiting villages in Kumrat.

Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Very clean and beautiful hotel, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Waterfall Resort Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, was a nice place to take a break, My room was lovely and very spacious, Waterfall Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The food is varied and excellent, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The panoramic view of the Kumrat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kumrat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

The best host in Kumrat

Everyone was so kind and helpful, was a nice place to take a break, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kumrat from visiting villages in Kumrat , We have stayed at this fantastic Waterfall Resort many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Kumrat. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, We stayed at Waterfall Resort.

Great breakfast and lunch, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, I look forward to returning to the Waterfall Resort in Kumrat soon! inshallah, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, My room was lovely and very spacious, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Waterfall Resort.
