Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, All are very professional and well spoken staff.

Excellent

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Maisonette Firhill Villas, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Murree, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree.

Excellent and supportive staff

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Had a lovely first time in Maisonette Firhill Villas, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree Maisonette Firhill Villas, Food too good, Maisonette Firhill Villas is extremely close to many restaurants, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.

Maisonette Firhill Villas family hotel

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, I have been coming here for the past three years and Maisonette Firhill Villas never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, We have stayed at this fantastic Maisonette Firhill Villas many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., This is a beautiful Maisonette Firhill Villas situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Rooms are clean, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.
