Affordable and Great

The best host we had in Murree, Good experience at Hotel One, Mall Road. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, was a nice place to take a break, All are very professional and well spoken staff.

Excellent Rooms at Hotel One, Mall Road

Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The hotel is in a good location, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, was a nice place to take a break, The best host we had in Murree, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2020, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service..

Great for Spring

We stayed at Hotel One, Mall Road, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Everything about this Hotel One, Mall Road was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Amazing hotel

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel One, Mall Road Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, A fantastic place to stay, The room was very clean and nice, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Good experience at Hotel One, Mall Road. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Wonderful Location. Great food. Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree Hotel One, Mall Road, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel One, Mall Road never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

Great for Winter
