really pleasant and clean rooms

Everyone was so kind and helpful, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, We stayed at Hotel One, Mall Road, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel One, Mall Road. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Natural Beauty

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Rooms are clean, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, My room was lovely and very spacious, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, the atmosphere of Hotel One, Mall Road is so special that it really felt like home to me, The room was very clean and nice.

Hotel One, Mall Road Good for Family

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Hotel One, Mall Road is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, We had a GREAT nights sleep, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

service is also good with friendly staff, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, A fantastic place to stay, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

Amazing

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel One, Mall Road my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel One, Mall Road never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, service is also good with friendly staff.

Great for Winter

The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, You should only stay with Hotel One, Mall Road because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The food is varied and excellent, This was my first time at the Hotel One, Mall Road, I will try to stay there from now on, really appreciated, Its a great way to spend some down time, Very clean and beautiful hotel.
